Brandi Arnold is a first year Masters student in the Department of Technical Communication at the University of Washington. Her academic and research interests include usability, human-computer interaction, and interface design. She is currently a full time student and a teaching assistant (primary instructor) for TC 231: Introduction to Technical Writing, a freshman-sophomore level course. She graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2006 with a B.S. in Psychology. |

Ramsey Tesdell is a first year graduate student in the Department of Technical Communication at the University of Washington. His primary research interests include rhetorical theory, human-computer interaction, international communication and critical and post-colonial theory. He is a teaching assistant for TC 231: Introduction to Technical Writing. After graduating from Iowa State University in 2006 with a B.S. in technical communication, Ramsey spent one year working as a journalist in the Middle East and helped found 7iber.com. |
